    Updates on FHA Condo's Approvals:

    I wanted to touch base with you all regarding FHA's extension to their changes to condo approvals...


    FHA Changes to Condos:

    FHA changed the start date of their new guidelines to below

    1.     FHA Condo Refinance transactions: Must have the case number assigned no later then 09/30/2009
    You will have 60 days from 09/30/2009 (or the date of the case number) to close the loan.

    2. FHA Spot Condo Purchase transactions: You can order the case number until 10/30/2009 and will have 60 days from that date of the case number to get the loan closed.

    You must have a valid property address.
